I’ll make this very brief.
It seems that the iPhone 2.0 software will be released the same day with the iPhone 3G, Friday, July 11th. So, for those of you using an iPhone already and wanting to upgrade the software to 2.0 this is the date when you’ll be able to do it.
This is an extract from Apple’s press release regarding this:
“iPhone 2.0 software will be available on July 11 as a free software update via iTunes® 7.7 or later for all iPhone customers.”

You probably heard about the so called “iPhone killer”, the Samsung Instinct. It is due for release sooner than the iPhone 3G.

You probably know this but…
On June 9th, Steve Jobs made the official announcement of the new 3G iPhone. The phone will hit stores on July 11 at the price of $199! Yes, only $199.
The key new features include 3G wireless technology, GPS mapping, support for Microsoft Exchange and the new App Store. It also comes in 2 colors, black and white, but it will be made of plastic.
24 countries worldwide will get it on July 11 and 49 others later this year. Every date is yet to be decided.

Hi.
First of all, thanks for visiting my blog.
As you probably guessed already, this blog will be dedicated to the iPhone. This amazing piece of technology is still avoiding me, eventough it’s been 1 year since it was released. Well, I couldn’t get it because Apple didn’t care to sell it in my country too.
But things will soon change. Either with the 1st version or with the new 3G one. And I can’t wait.
In this blog you will find things about iPhone and Apple in general.
Phew… the hardest thing, posting the 1st entry is this blog was made. I hope everything will go smoothly from now one.
